1 Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the crirkex platform and the registered user of the site ("Member"). • Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless crirkex cancels it on its own initiative due to a technical error.
• If any match or event is cancelled, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Disconnection and Technical Errors

6.3 Finality of Game Results

Any result displayed by the game software will be considered final. In the event of a dispute, the game server log data will be treated as the definitive record.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the crirkex platform and involvement in any one of them will result in account closure:

• Conducting transactions using fraudulent activity or third-party payment methods.

• Fraud or deception is suspected.
